  • Customers are responsible for all shipping/handling costs associated with a returned and/or exchanged package.

  • Our suits are warranted against defects in the construction of the item.

  • We will replace any defectively manufactured item.

  • Wear, snags, tear, fading and shrinkage are not defects, but effects of too much fun in the sun !

  • You can "return" a standard/stocked suit, (not a special order) within 30 days of purchase. The hang tags must be attached and the garment must be clean. This return will be for STORE CREDIT ONLY!! WE DON'T GIVE REFUNDS!!!

  • You can "exchange" a standard/stocked item, (not a special order) We will refund you the base price of what you are returning provided you are purchasing another item. You will not be refunded for shipping costs or additional production costs that may be associated with this item.

  • No tickee, no washee. We cannot return items with the hang tag removed

  • We have been in business in Clearwater for 30 years and are not going anywhere.

  • We will treat you, the way we would wish to be treated.

  • We do reserve the right to charge you a 20% re-stocking fee if we feel you are trying to take advantage of us. Example: someone who orders a lot of stuff, then returns most of it for no good reason
