Custom Design Intellectual Property Policy

Skinz is pleased to provide custom design services to clients seeking unique and personalized swimwear. By engaging Skinz for any custom design work, you (“the Client”) expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Ownership of Intellectual Property
   All custom swimwear designs, patterns, modifications, and derivative works created by Skinz (collectively, the “Custom Designs”), whether based on concepts, ideas, sketches, or inspiration provided by the Client or otherwise, are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Skinz.
2. No Transfer of Rights
   The Client understands and agrees that submission of ideas, references, or requests does not grant the Client any ownership, copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights in the resulting Custom Design. This applies even if the Client has paid Skinz for the development of the pattern, design, or garment. Payment covers the service of creation and the physical product delivered, not the transfer of intellectual property rights.
3. License and Usage
   Skinz retains the unrestricted right to reproduce, market, sell, or otherwise utilize any Custom Design, in whole or in part, as part of its standard or special collections, without obligation to the Client beyond fulfillment of the original order.
4. Client Acknowledgment
   By purchasing or commissioning a Custom Design, the Client waives any claim of authorship or ownership and affirms that all intellectual property rights are fully vested in Skinz.
