We ship to the 50 States based on a product total schedule (see below). We normally ship to the 48 states via FedEx or UPS. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico normally ship U.S. Priority Mail. We will pick the carrier best suited for your area. You can always request another carrier of your choice (at your additional expense).

We ship most of our International orders via U.S Global Priority. We also offer to ship via UPS International, FedEx International, DHL and others at our customers (your) request.

It is difficult to give concrete shipping rates here. International rates vary by size, weight and distance traveled. Use the chart below for guesstimates of International Shipping Rates. Call or e-mail us for more accurate quotes. The below shipping charges include : the packaging material, the freight fee, the packaging labor, the paperwork labor, the travel to the postal centers and, the wait at the postal centers.

We ship to Canada based on a product total schedule (see below). We normally ship First Class U.S. Mail. We will pick the carrier best suited for your area. You can always request another carrier of your choice (at your additional expense).

Remember, we can't ship what we don't have, so if you need it quick, verify that it is in stock !

Remember - we make swim and gym wear. We are not a shipping company. We use Fed Ex, UPS and the U.S. Postal system. If they screw up, yell at them and not us. Our feelings are easily hurt.

Our suits are warranted against defects in the construction of the item. We will replace any defectively manufactured item. Wear, snags, tear, fading and shrinkage are not defects, but effects of too much fun in the sun! You can return unworn suits with the hang tags still attached for exchange within 30 days of purchase. No tickee, no washee. Don't pull the hang tags off till you are sure the suits fits ! NO REFUNDS. We are not out to take advantage of you.

We have been in business in Clearwater for 21 years and are not going anywhere. We will treat you the way we would wish to be treated. We do reserve the right to charge you a 20% re-stocking fee if we feel you are trying to take advantage of us. Example: someone who orders a lot of stuff, then returns most of it for no good reason.

Credit Card Information

We accept Visa, M.C., AmEx and Discover. With charge card orders we need to have billing address of the charge card on file. This means where your charge card company sends its bills to you. We can ship the order wherever you like, as long as we have the billing address of the charge card you are using.

Duties and Taxes

All duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer (this means you). We ship internationally by U.S. International Priority Mail. We are required to complete a brief description and value of the goods enclosed. We have no way of knowing what your country will charge for duties and taxes. We do know that the U.K and South Africa are high. It is your responsibility to know and be prepared to pay your countries duties and taxes. We can ship by other means (FedEx, DHL & UPS) but there is no savings on the duties due.

Why settle for a pre-made swimsuit ?

Why not order exactly the style you want, in the fabric you want and in the size you want ?

HAVE IT YOUR WAY !

Sometimes you will see the style of suit you like, but, it is not offered in the color/fabric you want. Since we are the manufacturer, we do allow you flexibility in the items you can order.

If you want a particular style item, in a fabric not shown, you may order that "special cut" item from our special order department. There is a $10.00 charge (on top of the base price of the item) to make a special cut item. These special cut items are made one at a time, and the $10.00 is to cover the much higher labor cost to make this suit. These special order suits are not returnable.

Ladies can order tops and bottoms in different sizes and styles (mix & match). Color/Fabric codes are four digit numbers. Styles are letter/number codes.

If you have an old catalog, don't throw it away. We change styles from year to year but we can always make your old favorite in our new fabrics.

Please allow up to 6 weeks during season for us to make your one of a kind suit.

All special order suits are pre-paid, and, are not returnable. If you are paying by check or money order, call for an accurate total.

Customers in the past have asked us to leave out the lining in the swim wear. We will do this for you. It is a made one at a time suit from our special order department. It will cost you $10.00 (on top of the base price of the item) extra, and, is not returnable.

You are going to need to know several things to complete the special order form correctly. Keep these in mind as you browse our product, make some notes !

The Style : A Letter/Number code (ie...M53...a men's Rio swimsuit)

The Lining : (L)=Lined in Front, (U)=Unlined, (P)=PEP Lining, (X)=Pro Lining

The Fabric : A 4 digit Number Code (ie...4007...Wet Look Black nylon/lycra®)

The Size : The Size you want the item made in : XXS, XS, S, M, L,XL, XXL. XXXL
